Live Blogging ’09: Navy

Posted by Vico in Buckeye Football |

The time for purification is at hand.
Well by God, it’s here.

I thought I’d try some different things as I enter the second full season with this blog.  Typically, open threads were on Friday and carried through the weekend until a late night game synopsis.  To cut down on asburd comment tallies in the open threads, usually just me and my friend and former co-blogger talking with each other while watching the game in the same damn apartment, I thought I’d try Jeff‘s idea and join him for a live blog during this game.  I figure it’d be a good way to funnel the dozens… and dozens… of people1 who come across this blog into a mutual discussion.  As far as I can tell, it’s just this blog, the aforementioned tBBC and The Buckeye Blog who will be participating.

My loose collection of thoughts regarding the upcoming Navy game can be read here.  Other previews come from We Will Always Have Tempe, and 11W.  A preview from a Navy blogger’s perspective can be found via The Birddog.

Anyways, the live blogging will be done here.  I may also make comments here as well.

Go Bucks!

  1. After comprehensive data analysis, I’ve estimated my readership to be at least 24 +/- 2.  There’s random noise to be considered in the error terms. []
