I planned to keep the Block O Table for this month up as top post for a few days, but this was too good pass up.  I don’t know the full story behind this picture.  I could easily infer one1, but it almost doesn’t need a back-story.  It just is.  Nothing further must be said about it.  All will be revealed below from the Jim Tressel Coaches Tour photo below.

    Notice his vertical leap is higher than one of our soldiers errr heroes in harm’s way.

    Yes, our soldiers are frequently asked to jump over enemy bullets before bouncing above their rockets. It is a shame this one cannot do his duties as well as others.

    I saw that guy (with the Bear Bryant tattoo) once around the University of Alabama campus. I was there on business, and he came jogging by the corner of University and, umm… 10th? I think? Whatever it was, I had just got lunch at Buffalo Phil’s on that intersection after a meeting, walked outside and he came running by me, shirtless, while carrying an Alabama flag. I’ve been told that sometimes the sorority girls stop him and ask for a picture or an autograph.

    …and I wonder why I don’t fit in here…
