Home and away series with USC, Miami (FL), OU, Virginia Tech and Cal! Are you kidding me? This is why the Bucks are always playing in the big games; they have the regular season to match it!
great scoop, Max. I think that makes us the only to list the payouts with the nonconf opponents. Great find, again. I had to make a whole page out of it so people continue to see it well after the post is gone

Great scoop! My compliments to your operative, Deep Uvula, in the Ministry of Sports.
I vaguely recall that a Service Academy was on the “to do” list for the Buckeyes. What became of that? (ohiostatebuckeyes.com is currently off-line).
Army pulled out (and hence TCU), so the story that I’m getting is. I haven’t asked the source of that yet, but my impression is Army was the one that pulled out even though Ohio State had agreed to play the Cadets in Michie Stadium and not force them to a larger venue. It’s unfortunate, I was REALLY looking forward to that matchup in West Point especially. Our source might be able to paint a better picture though, so I’ll ask him/her when he/she is available.
