Barrow will not return to OSU
According to the Dispatch, defensive end Alex Barrow will not return to Ohio State for his senior season (He was a redshirt in 2004).
It always sad to lose veteran leadership, but this will give OSU another scholarship to play with (if they need to use it).
As unfortunate as it is to lose a guy on the team, at least Barrow is graduating and moving on with his life, which is good to read.
He actually went to college for an education? Excellent! However, his new future is also our loss. Shifting priorities and such… Fare thee well!
you all forgot: this almost certainly means the pressure gets put on Gainesville, GA DL Keith Wells as he heads into the home stretch of his own recruiting. Tressel was just down there on his most recent trip. Apparently, for Wells, it’s a toss-up between the Buckeyes and the Volunteers.
